Receive Wide–Area Alert information from other EOCs in the region.
Provide disaster traveler information to regional emergency management agencies, regional traffic agencies, and regional transit agencies.
City of Austin and Travis CountyDispatch all City of Austin, Travis County, other municipality, and DPS vehicles to incidents within the region.
Aid in the coordination of region wide emergency plans, evacuation and reentry plans, and disaster management plans.
Perform incident detection and verification for streets within Travis County.
Receive Wide–Area Alert information from other EOCs in the region.
Receive and respond to threat information from regional transportation infrastructure protection equipment.
Receive AMBER Alert and other Wide–Area Alert information from Texas DPS.
Participates in the incident response, coordination, and reporting of the Statewide Mutual Aid and Incident Management Network in a coordination effort only (no dispatch function).
Dispatch City of Austin and Travis County emergency vehicles with suggested route information and track the vehicles to the incident.
Operate the 911 center for the City of Austin and Travis County, with the ability to dispatch regional and statewide emergency services.
Municipality/CountyDispatch municipal/county emergency vehicles with suggested route information and track the vehicles to the incident.
Aid in the coordination of region wide emergency plans, evacuation and reentry plans, and disaster management plans.
Perform incident detection and verification for streets within the agency's jurisdiction.
Receive AMBER Alert and other Wide–Area Alert information from Texas DPS.
Receive Wide–Area Alert information from other EOCs in the region.
Coordinates with regional medical centers regarding the status of the care facility as well as the patient status en route to the medical center.
Receive signal preemption from city and TxDOT traffic signals.
Provide disaster traveler information to regional emergency management agencies, regional traffic agencies, and regional transit agencies.
Participates in the incident response, coordination, and reporting of the Statewide Mutual Aid and Incident Management Network in a coordination effort only (no dispatch function).
Dispatch all municipal/county vehicles to incidents within the region.
Texas DPSReceive AMBER Alert and other Wide–Area Alert information from the State Office of Emergency Management.
Operate PSAP for statewide services, but has the ability to dispatch regional and statewide emergency services.
Participates in the incident response, coordination, and reporting of the Statewide Mutual Aid and Incident Management Network in a coordination effort only (no dispatch function).
Dispatch State Police vehicles (and track their location) as well as coordinate with all other public safety agencies within the region.

Perform incident detection and verification for streets within the TxDOT Austin District region via HERO vehicles and TMC and provide this information to other TMC/TOCs.
Aid in the coordination of region wide emergency plans, evacuation and reentry plans, and disaster management plans.
Provide disaster traveler information to regional emergency management agencies, regional traffic agencies, and regional transit agencies.
Receive Wide–Area Alert information from other EOCs in the region.
