Description
Collects, processes, stores, and disseminates work zone information to system operators throughout Central Texas to support the coordination of roadway construction projects and related closures, particularly among transportation agencies with roadway projects near the planned major reconstruction of IH 35. Represent's TxDOT's Construction Partnership Program (CPP) effort to develop an agency coordination and traveler information application to support major roadway construction projects and help the traveling public make informed route selection decisions. The initial focus of the CPP is the reconstruction of IH 35 through Central Texas, but the partnership could support all future regional construction projects.
